Frank Giglio’s Coriander Crusted Wild Salmon [VID]

A while back I promised more video of cooking and recipes.  I haven’t done much filming, and I vow to do more in 2010.. until then, I’d like to share this video from a great chef and fellow health foodie.  I don’t have much to say in addition to the video… it’s just a great and simple wild salmon preparation with a wonderful slaw recipes that speaks for itself (well, that’s actually Frank talking).  Keeping it simple in the kitchen doesn’t always have to mean just steaming veggies.  This one takes moments to prep and moments to cook – a great lunch or weeknight dinner.  Enjoy.
